This turban is one of the three head pieces I bought from www.turbandiva.com. The others can be found here and here. It cost $50 and extra charges but I won’t go into the soul destroying saga again. Best $50 I have EVER spent. Between the shipping and customs charge it set me back quite a bit but I’d pay it again and again to feel such comfort.
It looks so funny when you are placing it on your head at first. You fit it on your head and then it had a long tail that you wrap and fix to make whatever style you want. The material is extremely manipulative and with a bit of practice and following the videos on their website you can create loads of different styles. The material is made of Rayon and Spandex, which makes it feel incredibly soft on your head, allows your scalp to breathe and prevents sweating. I love the emerald colour and it goes really well and brings life to a lot of outfits.
This is my ultimate go- to turban. When I am in a rush out the door, realise I have nothing on my head and a brisk wind outside, this turban is the one I grab without fail. This is because I know it will fit right, take two seconds to wrap up into a cool style and stay up without worrying about it falling apart and my bald head scaring some small children. Yes initially I was devastated at how much the head gear from America cost but being brutally honest, it can’t be compared to the scarfs I have here. This turban was specifically designed for alopecia and chemo patients so it has all the requirements necessary to feel comfortable with an added diva quality. I have bought a black Turban head wrap but it’s being delivered to my best friend in Boston who is coming home next month for a visit. There happened to be a discount that day and with free shipping in the US I got my black turban for €37. I can’t wait to see my friend at Christmas (with turban in hand).
I love that one on you. Make up is gorgeous, is that your new one? a smokey with the charcoal would look brilliant with the teal
