A little trick I found was to freeze pieces of watermelon and grapes. When I am really nauseous and don’t feel like eating I can suck on these, at least I am getting some nutrients into me. They have no smell and are really cooling so there is very little chance of them making you feel sick. Get some plastic bags, put watermelon and grapes into a few and freeze. Then you can then take a bag out of the freezer as you need it.
