I really liked the Burt’s Bees Peppermint Foot Lotion but I was eager to step it up a notch and try something even more tailored to my needs. It was far from foot lotions I was reared but I have to pay more attention to my cold aching feet. The Pedango is a “tango for your feet” and it really left my feet tingling. The creamy lotion has a beautiful peppermint smell without being too overpowering and feels so amazing going on. If you are like me and occasionally (daily) pull the pity card to get your sister to give you a pedicure, this is a must have lotion to use.
I love that this product use ingredients such as Peppermint, Lemongrass, Tea tree and a high content of Arnica. I was advised that this product isn’t advisable for pregnant/ nursing women as the arnica is so potent. The arnica flushes out the toxins and reduces swelling and tenderness. This cream is especially beneficial for chemo patients as it helps with peripheral neuropathy, a common side effect that is a pins/needles sensation in the hands and feet. Circulation is also improved helping the sluggish lymphatics. Not only does it leave the feet feeling cool and tingly but it can be used on aching varicose veins, low back pain and sciatic soreness.
It can be bought at www.purepro.ie where many more massage oils, creams and lotions can purchased. A 113ml bottle costs €23 and you can also buy a 840ml bottle for €63. It comes in a bottle with a handy pump and you don’t need to apply much so hopefully it is good money for value.
